Shipping Policy

Production & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and our specific manufacturing process. Because many of our items are [made-to-order / handcrafted / produced in batches], please allow a standard production lead time of [Number] to [Number] business days before your order is dispatched.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or requires an extended manufacturing period, we will notify you promptly with an updated estimate.

Shipping Timeframes & Delivery

Shipping costs and methods are set based on the expected timeframes for the items to be delivered once they leave our facility. Please note that the total time to receive your order is the sum of our Production Time plus the Shipping Transit Time.

• Standard Delivery: Expected within 7 to 14 business days after the manufacturing process is complete.

• Expedited Delivery: Expected within  2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

• International Delivery: Expected within 14 to 30 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has moved through manufacturing and has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Important Considerations

While we provide these timeframes based on the most accurate data from our carriers, they remain expected estimates. Delays caused by high seasonal volume, weather, or courier issues are outside of our immediate control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
